Return & Exchange Policy

At Sparkling Light, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged during transit by the rider or along the way, we provide a partial compensation option.

Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video of the parcel at the time of opening.

If the video clearly shows the damage, you will be eligible to receive 50% of the payment refunded or a 50% discount on the same product in your next order.

Please note that single pictures or incomplete/unverified videos will not be accepted as proof of damage.
